Lisa founded LD Funding Group LLC to help former homeowners understand and pursue surplus funds left after mortgage foreclosure and tax sales—money many families are never told may still be available to claim.
This did not happen overnight. After seeing how often families lost a home and walked away without ever learning that money remained, she made it her mission to change that. Her work centers on reading the public record carefully, explaining it in plain language, and coordinating the documents required by the court or county holding the funds.
